Susan Jones-Favuzzi

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts to announce the passing of Susan Jones-Favuzzi, loving wife, mother, and friend. She passed peacefully in her home on August 22, 2021 surrounded by loved ones, after courageously battling cancer.
Susan was born on October 1, 1959. She grew up in Brooklyn, where she met Robert, her husband of 29 years. They later moved to Staten Island, where they lived with their beautiful daughter, Rachael.
Susan received a degree in Business from Kingsboro Community College, and had a successful career as a legal secretary for over 20 years. Most of her time was spent with her family and friends, whom she loved dearly. She loved animals, and frequently donated to several animal welfare organizations. In her free time, she enjoyed watching horror movies, shopping, and bowling. She loved the summer, and would spend many days swimming at the pool or laying on the beach. Her favorite holiday was Halloween.
Susan is survived by her loving husband, Robert Favuzzi, her daughter, Rachael Favuzzi, her two brothers-in-law, Richard and Angelo, and her cousin, Melody.
In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to the Humane Society.
