Sebastiana Siracusa, 97, of Tottenville, a homemaker who enjoyed driving, died Saturday at home.
She was born Sebastiana Cicciari in Manhattan. She was a Brooklyn resident until 1990, when she relocated to Tottenville.
She graduated from New Utrecht High School, Brooklyn.
Primarily a homemaker, she had also worked as a seamstress.
One of her favorite pastimes was driving, especially taking long drives. She got her license in 1935, and took great pleasure in getting behind the wheel, her family said.
In her leisure time, she enjoyed sewing, knitting, gardening and walking.
Mrs. Siracusa belonged to the Mount Loretto Friendship Club.
She was a parishioner of Our Lady Help of Christians R.C. Church, Tottenville.
Her husband of 40 years, Antonio, died in 1984.
She is survived by two daughters, Natalie Tuzza and Vivian Tricarico, and two grandchildren.
The funeral will be Thursday from the Bedell-Pizzo Funeral Home, Tottenville, with a mass at 10 a.m. in Our Lady Help of Christians Church. Burial will follow in Woodbridge Memorial Gardens, Woodbridge, N.J.
