Salvatore Sergi

Salvatore Sergi passed away on June 13, 2023 at the age of 67.  He was born on March 28, 1956 in Brooklyn, New York.

Salvatore graduated from McKee High School in Staten Island, New York.  After graduation he worked for Reynolds Securities in New York, New York.  He graduated from Technical Career Institute (TCI) in New York, New York, and then worked for Bell Laboratories in New Jersey and Bendix Corporation.

Salvatore was pre-deceased by his father, Anthony Sergi.  He is survived by his mother, Ann Sergi; sister, Donna Fay and brother-in-law, Patrick Fay; sister, Dianne Sergi; niece, Patricia Martin and husband, Paul; nephew Bryan Fay; niece, Melissa D’Amico and husband, Sal; grandnieces, Grace and Evelyn Martin, and Elizabeth and Sophia D’Amico.

Sal enjoyed going to flea markets and buying radios, clocks, figurines and other electronic gadgets; and he loved listening to music.  He was also very devoted to feeding and caring for the neighborhood cats and birds.

He will be remembered for his generosity; his exceptional love and passion for repairing and restoring antique radios and electronics. Sal loved his family very much and kept pictures of everyone all around his many treasured radios.  He was a friend to many and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

Above all, Sal was saved when he gave his heart to Jesus.  He is forever alive in Heaven and with the Lord!
