Raymond Sasso

Raymond P. Sasso, 63, of Tottenville died on March 29, 2016, at Carmel Richmond Rehab Center after a longterm illness.
Born in Staten Island, N.Y., Raymond lived in San Francisco, Calif., for 27 years and then returned to Staten Island in 2014.
He graduated from Port Richmond High School. He was a hairstylist for 30 years and a counselor for 10 years.
He is survived by his sister, Evelyn Pepe, and brother-in-law, Ralph; three nieces, three nephews and four great-nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be at Our Lady Help of Christian's R.C. Church on Saturday at 12 noon. Cremation was private. Friends may visit on Saturday from 10 to 11:30 a.m. at the Bedell-Pizzo Funeral Home. The family is requesting no flowers be sent.
