Nancy Fiore

Nancy Fiore of Pleasant Plains died Saturday, July 16, 2016, at S.I. University Hospital South.
Born Nancy Timberlake in Rhostyllen, Wales, she and her family settled in Mariners Harbor when she was eight years old.
In the mid-1940's she married Ralph Fiore and settled in Pleasant Plains; Ralph died in 1992.
Nancy was a graduate of Port Richmond High School She worked as a school aide at P.S. 3 in Pleasant Plains for many years. She was a member of St. Albans Episcopal Church, where she served on the altar guild. She enjoyed reading and attending church.
She is survived by her son, Ralph David Fiore; her grandson, Jonathan; and her sister, Dulcie Mancuso.
Visiting hours will be Tuesday, July 19, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Bedell Pizzo Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday morning at 10 a.m. Cremation will follow at Rosehill Crematory, Linden, N.J.
