Mildred Tobias

Mildred E. Tobias (nee Guiney), 82, died on Feb. 13, 2017, in Newton, N.J.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., Mildred lived in Tottenville for 30 years. She graduated from McKee High School.
Mildred was a bank teller and enjoyed crocheting, collecting stamps, cooking, and liked to attend the theatre.
She is survived by her children, Daniel Tobias and his wife, Kate, and Diana Cunningham and her husband, Lou; four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and her sisters, Gloria Yard and Ann Graham.
Mildred was married for 40 years to her husband, Paul, who died in 2001. She was also predeceased by her daughters, Jane Tobias in 1983 and Patricia Tobias in 2013.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady Help of Christian's R.C. Church on Friday at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at OceanView Cemetery. Friends may visit Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Bedell-Pizzo
