Mickey Barbaria

Mickey Barbaria, 69 of Huguenot passed away peacefully after a brief illness on Wednesday, May 3^rd,2023 at SIUH.   Mickey was born on Staten Island to Louise  and John Barbaria On April 22, 1954. 

Mickey worked for 20 years as a foreman at the Cemetery of the Resurrection. Mickey was a lover of the outdoors.  He loved hunting, fishing, working on cars,  gardening  and tinkering.  He was a lover of animals especially his cats  Strype, Niblet, Momma, & Blackie.

Mickey was a beloved husband, brother and uncle. He is survived by his wife Linda , his sister Linda Holland of Baton Rouge, LA, sister in law Angie of Basking Ridge, NJ, brother in laws Danny and wife Sandy, John and wife Marie, sister in law Laurie  and husband Andreas Ohl, mother in law Brenda  and many nieces and nephews and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brothers John (Buddy) and Danny, as well as his father in law Gene

He was a friend to many and always willing to lend a hand. He will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved him.

In Lieu of flowers, we ask for donations to be made in Mickey's name to either Tunnels to Towers Foundation or the ASPCA.
