Mary Metzger

Mary Metzger, 77, born Mary E. Bull on May 7, 1944, passed away surrounded by her loving family on March 26, 2022. Mary married Leroy C. Metzger on November 2, 1963. She then  graduated from LaGuardia Community College on March 18, 1986 and became a dietician and school food manager. She worked for the Department of Education School Food and Nutrition Sevices for over twenty-five years.  She managed Port Richmond H.S., Curtis H.S., McKee Tech. and P.S. 42.

Mary loved doing arts and crafts with her grandchildren.  She also loved the beach, sitting in the warm sun, and reading books.

Mary is pre-deceased by her beloved husband Leroy, and sister, Patricia Bull.  She is survived by her loving children, Gabriel Metzger, and daughter-in-law, Maria, Anita Russell, Lisa Masso, and son-in-law, Anthony; cherished grandchildren, Mariah, Gabriel, Dylan, Jared, Sydney, Cory, Isabella, Sofia, and Siena; devoted brother, George Bull.
