Lucy Ramunni, 96, passed away Oct.25, 2019, at Carmel Richmond Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center due to natural causes.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., where she attended P.S. 163 and high school, Lucy lived on Staten Island since 1966. She was an administrative assistant at General Motors Frigidaire Division, retiring in 1979.
She enjoyed music, especially Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. She was happiest when she was with her family.
Lucy never married, but leaves behind her nephew, Michael Ullrich (Alison), who was like a son to her. She is also survived by her niece, Victoria D'Antuono, and nephew, Frank Palladino.
Funeral is 9:15 a.m. Monday from Bedell-Pizzo Funeral Home, with Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Our Lady Star of the Sea, and entombment at Resurrection Cemetery. Friends may visit Sunday from 4 to 8 p.m.
