Joan Bronzo, 85, of Pleasant Plains, passed away peacefully on February 18, 2025 surrounded by her loving family.
Joan was born in Brooklyn, New York on February 22, 1939. Joan retired as the manager of the Safe Deposit Boxes for Crossland Savings Bank so that she would be able to spend time with her family and friends.
Throughout her life, Joan was an active member of the local Red Hats Women's Club, where she formed many lasting friendships and enjoyed many social activities. She also travelled with the Richmond Travel Club, which allowed her to explore new places and create lasting memories with fellow travelers, enriching her life and the people around her.
One of Joan's greatest joys was sharing her love of cooking with her grandchildren. Many of her family recipes that she learned while cooking alongside her parents, she is now passing down to her grandchildren. Making delicious Italian struffoli with her family will be a tradition that will forever remain a wonderful reminder of her love and dedication to her family.
