Inez Genevieve Fiori, 90, a homemaker, died Monday in Clove Lakes Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, in Castleton Corners. She had resided there since June 2011.
Born Inez G. Murphy in Brooklyn, she graduated from Bay Ridge High School. During World War II, she worked as a civilian secretary for the U.S. Navy.

She enjoyed traveling extensively with her husband throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and Central America.
While living in the Manchester community, Mrs. Fiori was active in the bowling league, book club and theater club. She was an avid shopper, and loved finding a good sale.
Timothy, her husband of 60 years, died in 2009.
Surviving are her son, Timothy; her daughters, Ellen Roche, Susan F. Twomey and Ann Fiori-Hockenjos; 13 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
