Giacomo Turano

Giacomo Turano, 83, died peacefully on November 2, 2020. Beloved husband of Rosa, cherished father of John and Frank, and loving grandfather of Briana, John, Nicolas, Alexander, Christopher, Francesco and Luciano.
Giacomo was born in Castellammare del Golfo, Sicily on October 26,1937, to Giovanni and Castrenza. He was second youngest of nine brothers and sisters – Vito, Francesco, Battista, Giuseppe, Girolamo, Concetta, Antonietta & Salvatore.
He loved spending time with his wife, children, and especially his grandchildren. Nothing could keep him from his grandchildren, and his face would light up whenever he saw them.
Giacomo spent his entire career in the furniture industry, and he was a beloved member of that family as well. He was a friend to all, even to his staunchest competitors. He displayed integrity in everything he did, and because of that he was respected by all.
