Frank Calise, 92, loving husband of 48 years to his devoted wife Grace passed away on November 1, 2023.
Frank was born in Brooklyn and resided in Staten Island the past 40 years.
Frank was predeceased by his six brothers and four sisters.
He is the beloved father of Frank (Cindy), Karen (Steve), Walter (Judy), Eugene (Joy), James (Robyn), Tina (Joe) and Maria (Paul). Adored by 17 grandchildren, Tim (Melodie), Frank (Kristie), Frank (Erica), Tina (Brandon), Christopher, Ben (Becca), Eugene (Rachel), Dan (Alexis), Wally (Lara), Kevin, Thomas (Jennifer), Nicole, Eric, Rachel, Grace, Julia, Paul and 11 great grandchildren, Camryn, Ivan, Violet, Gunner, Harrison, Tessa, Leah, Athena, Billy, Johanna and Aylynn.
Frank enjoyed a lifelong career as a butcher until he retired at 72 years old. He loved spending time with his family and friends and he lit up a room and left a lasting impression on all who knew him.
Frank was blessed with exceptional health as evidenced by his energy and vitality that disguised his age.
He was a loyal NY Mets fan, a lifelong Cadillac owner, a passionate lotto player, and he enjoyed playing cards with family and loved spending time outdoors.
Our memories of him will live on in the hearts of his family forever and he’ll be missed by all who knew him.
