Frances Rubel

Frances Ann Rubel, 62, of Rossville died on July 17, 2016, at Staten Island University Hospital South.
Born Frances Ann Izzo, she was born in Brooklyn and lived in Coney Island, then settled in Huguenot in 1980.
Frances was a homemaker. She was Mom, a stay- at-home mom who enjoyed traveling, cruises, and taking photos. She especially loved spending time with her family and grandchildren.
Frances is survived by her husband, Joseph; her children, Diane Cafiero, Michael Rubel, and Joann Lepore; her siblings, Richard, James, John, Steven, Joseph, Frankie, and Michelle Izzo and Lorraine Kurtz; eight grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
There will be a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Thomas the Apostle R.C. Church on Friday at 9:30 a.m. Entombment to follow at Moravian Cemetery.
Friends may visit on Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 10 p.m.
