Carolyn Jelicks

Carolyn (Carla) Jelicks passed away at the age of 80 surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at 4:34 AM. Born in Staten Island New York, she is predeceased by her parents Frank and Rose Cusick, her husband, the love of her life, Jimmy, as well as her daughter Cynthia. Carolyn was a very dedicated and loving, homemaker, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and friend. Some of her favorite shows to watch were General Hospital, Family Feud, Law and order SVU and the WWE; her favorite wrestler was Cody Rhodes. Just like her love for Elvis, she enjoyed to play the spoons and was fantastic at it. Carolyn was everyone’s favorite Nan and helped raise all the children that she has babysat and cared for over the years. She was a great listener and was always willing to help anyone in need. She will be missed so much, by so many who were lucky enough to have crossed her path. Survived by her children Christine and James; her siblings Jack, Gail, Cathy, and Babe; her grandchildren Heather, Billy, Rose, Carolyn, and Zackery; great granddaughter Charlie and her many nieces and nephews. The family asks for privacy while they deal with this great loss.
