Beverley Ann Leath, 74 passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones on November 3, 2022. Beverley was born on June 1st, 1948 to Benjamin and Violet Fallick in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn. She was the oldest of three children.
Beverley met her soulmate Sam Leath and the two married and started a family of their own in Brooklyn, New York. They had a son named Gregory and a daughter named Jeaneen. The bunch eventually moved to Staten Island. In 1994, she went through the tragic loss of losing her husband and son on the same day but she didn't let that loss make her lose her loving and wonderful personality. She was able to see her daughter walk down the aisle in 1997 and gained an amazing son-in-law Paul. Beverley joined the New York City Police Department as a Crossing guard and worked until she retired in 2009 to take care of her two grandchildren Janiece and Kaydence.
She was an amazing soul who loved to watch HGTV, loved going to Disney World every year with her family, and dressing up as a Gorilla every year for Halloween. She was the type of person who loved to have conversations with everyone that she met. She loved to walk around flea markets and TJ Maxx when she could and also loved doing her word search puzzles while having a cup of coffee in the morning. But the thing she loved the most was raising and watching her grandchildren grow up. She will be truly missed by all that knew her
She is predeceased by her father Benjamin, husband Sam, Son Gregory, and Brother-in-Law Louis. She is survived by her daughter Jeaneen, son-in-law Paul, granddaughters Janiece and Kaydence, mother Violet, sister June, Brother Thomas, sister-in-law Sandra, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
