Albert Ferrara

Albert A. Ferrara, 82, died on April 14, 2016, at his home.
He was born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y., until 1994, when he moved to Staten Island.
Albert enjoyed spending time in Coconut Beach, Fla.
He was a general foreman for Brooklyn Union Gas Co. for 39 years and retired in 1994.
Albert received a National Defense Service medal in the U.S. Navy.
He was predeceased by his wife, Anne, in 1982, and wife, Mary, in 2003.
He is survived by his sons, Albert, Peter, Mark, and James; grandchildren, Alison, Nicole, Andrew, Anthony, Briana, David, Anastasios, and Constantine, and great-grandchildren, Emma Grace and Koen.
A Mass of Christian Burial is on Wednesday at 10 a.m. at Our Lady Help of Christians R.C. Church.
Friends may visit Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Bedell-Pizzo Funeral Home.
